As a Digital Product Manager, you will manage the Web Banking platforms by leading cross-functional teams to conceptualize, define and implement new features. Leveraging your ability to organize and motivate teams, you will work with product lines, bank stakeholders, software developers, and designers to translate customer journey directives into actionable backlog deliverables and follow through to completion.

Is this role right for you?

  • You will develop and drive strategy on new digital features, journey enhancements and services from ideation through implementation for Web.
  • You will partner with Design & Analytics to execute customer and industry research to test hypotheses, identify consumer pain points and validate potential solutions
  • You will assist in developing business cases to help drive prioritization, investment decisions and product development roadmaps
  • You will author, refine and approve backlog items with clearly articulated acceptance criteria. This includes managing and prioritizing backlog contents, ensuring sufficient depth of groomed items for development consumption and commitment
  • You will foster and maintain strong relationships with control functions and omni channel partners to drive successful program delivery

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

  • You have excellent project delivery skills, with proven accomplishments leading cross-functional projects
  • You have the ability and desire to help others thrive in a dynamic team-oriented environment
  • You have sound technical knowledge of systems, design, and architecture
  • You have deep passion in first class customer experiences, innovation and delivering software
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate on a broad spectrum (from deep technical discussions to high level executive vision to creative design to detailed analytics)
  • You have work experience in facilitation and fact-based problem solving to resolve complex issues and drive actionable outcomes
  • You have a Business, Engineering, Computer Science degree with 4+ years related experience in product management solution delivery
  • You have experience with financial products (this is an asset)
