Receptionist and Assistant Immediately Available (Contract)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland Country: Switzerland
 
On behalf of a financial services client in the center of Zurich, we are looking for an immediately available Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, who speaks fluent German and English.

Your responsibilities:
- welcoming guests and handling calls and correspondence
- organizing meetings and travel arrangements
- ordering office supplies
- assisting with the onboarding of new employees
- coordinating employee benefits

Your background:
- fluency in German and English
- experience in Reception/Front Office
- proactive with a friendly attitude
