Our client, a global key player in Life Sciences industry, is looking for a Sales Analyst to provide data-driven commercial insights to senior management and enable global field excellence team in Europe & USA.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales managers to refine territory boundaries, and maintain and update territory master data
• Setup and update sales incentive documents, and develop and maintain a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track territory performance
• Design and develop intuitive dashboards to visualize territory performance metrics, utilizing CRM platforms (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Business Intelligence tools (eg, Tableau, Power BI)
• Extract and analyze data from CRM databases to generate insights into territory performance
• Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations
• Support/co-lead CRM implementation activities
• Maintain CRM system and provide user training as required for new starts

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant commercial experience, including sales, sales operations or sales enablement in the pharma/biotech field
• Experience in design, planning and implementation of sales operations initiatives
• Hands-on experience with data analytics, used to dealing with numbers and deriving insights from data
• Sales planning & forecasting experience
• Experience in hands on CRM implementation is helpful
