For one of the largest Swiss companies in Bern, I am looking for a Senior BA with a lot of experience and perceptiveness that allows him/her to quickly get into a topic and team and create value immediately.

Task and Responsibilities:

• You will recognize needs and requirements from the business and transform these into sustainable, secure and economical IT solutions in a targeted manner.
• As a member of the team, you will support projects and mandates from the definition of requirements through to implementation as the central point of contact and support efficient communication between business and internal ICT departments.
• You record, analyze, validate and document business needs and requirements using a standardized methodology and skillfully transform these into system requirements, taking feasibility and cost-effectiveness into account.
• You act as an intermediary between customers, specialist departments and solution providers and manage the improvement of existing processes, organise and contribute to the development of specific technical concepts, the creation of feasibility studies and the introduction of quality assurance measures.
• You attach great importance to cross-divisional cooperation, whereby you can always rely on your good instinct for business opportunities and measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

Must Haves:

• You are a proactive, committed and success-orientated person with excellent teamwork and communication skills
• You have a degree or further education in computer science (university of applied sciences, ETH, etc.). Ideally, you have also completed the IREB (CPRE) certification or further training as a business analyst
• In addition, you have preferably already gained experience as a requirements engineer or business analyst
• You are characterized by a high degree of flexibility, can assess risks well and have strong methodological skills

• Sie legen hohen Wert auf bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit, wobei Sie stets auf Ihr gutes Gespür für Business Chancen sowie effektivitäts- und effizienzsteigernde Massnahmen zurückgreifen können.

Ihr Profil:

• Sie sind eine initiative, engagierte und erfolgsorientierte Persönlichkeit und überzeugen durch eine hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Sie verfügen über eine Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Informatik (Fachhochschule, ETH, etc.). Weiter haben Sie idealerweise die IREB (CPRE) Zertifizierung oder eine Weiterbildung als Business Analyst absolviert
• Zudem konnten Sie bereits Erfahrungen als Requirements Engineer oder Business Analyst sammeln
• Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Mass an Flexibilität aus, können eingegangene Risiken gut einschätzen und verfügen über ausgeprägte Methodenkompetenzen
• Sie können sich auf Augenhö he mit Lieferanten oder Partnern über technische Themen austauschen und verbinden Sozialkompetenzen mit einer konsequenten Kundenorientierung
• Dank Ihrer raschen Auffassungsgabe gewinnen Sie im Alltagsgeschäft schnell eine klare Vorstellung von komplexen Zusammenhängen mit dem Ziel, die verschiedenen Prozesse zu verstehen
