Quote To Cash (QTC) Product Owner - Freelance (Contract)
Location: Switzerland, Remote Country: Switzerland
 

On behalf of our Pharmaceutical client in Switzerland we are looking for an experienced Quote-to-Contract Product Owner to join their Digital Transformation project.

*Please note we can only consider candidates based in the EU*

In this role you will be working on the Quote-to-Contract business model concept development team (eg for Indirect Sales, Managed Lab Services, etc.) as part of their digital transformation.

Tasks:

  • Leads refinement of prioritized features and acceptance criteria in collaboration with members from the respective business agile team
  • Reviews and approves proposed break-down of features in user stories
  • Reviews the proposed acceptance criteria in users stories
  • Participates in iteration demos and Product Owner sync meetings
  • Coordinates the presentation of the PI results during Inspect & Adapt sessions
  • Supports the Q2C Quote Management Product Manager with the development and continuous update of the product roadmap
  • Support Design Authority presentations
  • Align cross-ART processes, eg for floor price checking/exception handling, service contract entitlements definitions, cost base handling, etc.
  • Support regional & global early value CommDB deployments, support OCM activities

Experience Required:

  • Good understanding of quoting and quote-related master data governance processes in large, multi-national companies operating in complex selling environments preferably from the MedTech industry
  • Good understanding of Conga CPQ and Low-code platforms - Organizational and project management skills, ideally also knowledge of SAFe
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills to manage cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
  • Strong communication, presentation, and language skills (written and verbal)
  • Good ability to summarise complex problems to the essence for decision-making
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English

Expectations:

    Engagement details

    • Start date: 03-Jun-2024 (to ensure 1 month handover)
    • End date: 31-Dec-2024
    • Location: Remote, CET timezone is a MUST to ensure efficiency and maximal coverage with timezones of the rest of the team
    • Capacity: Min 3 days/week (depending on experience) but 5 days per week preferred
