Your Skills
- Completed IT studies or comparable education with several years of professional experience
- Very good knowledge (at least 5-years experience) in SAP HR module support and project work in the HR environment
- Quality-conscious and team-oriented personality
- Solid knowledge of German, very good communication skills in English
- At least 2 years working in Switzerland and knowledge of the Swiss market/regulations
Your Tasks
- Questioning the tried and true and driving appropriate redesigns and enhancements with a "game changer mentality" and in the spirit of the customers from the field.
- Support and further development of the HR module under ECC with a focus on personnel administration/organizational management/payroll and time management as well as the Fiori portal
- Customizing the HR sub-modules (incl. schemas and calculation rules) and the corresponding authorization roles as well as the development of interfaces and reports (ABAP - nice to have).
- Ensuring operational run including support for the power users in the business departments
- Developing optimal solution scenarios for new requirements in close cooperation with representatives of the business departments, Digital Transformation and SAP Basis, creating the corresponding concepts and documentation
- Active collaboration in projects such as S4/HANA transformation and coordination of small operational changes
