Project Manager - Real Estate vacancy for a globally operating Baden based company in the Energy sector.

Your tasks:

• Leading end-to-end management of real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
• Providing innovative solutions for building engineering challenges to align with business goals
• Managing stakeholder relationships and conducting effective budgeting and cost planning
• Overseeing lease contracts, premises consolidation, and workplace optimization initiatives
• Utilizing the Group Real Estate gate model for streamlined project management
• Maintaining portfolio data integrity, including lease and premises data management

Your experience/knowledge:

• 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Project Manager, preferably in corporate projects with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for efficient project tracking and reporting
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations and industry standards
• Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, civil engineering or similar field
• Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German, Italian or Spanish is a plus
