Role Overview:

We are partnered with a leading insurance company on the lookout for a committed professional ready to step into the role of an IT Support Engineer with an enthusiasm for tackling infrastructure challenges. In this multifaceted position, you'll be the linchpin in the operational maintenance of RHEL and Debian Servers, and you'll collaborate proactively in incident and change management.

Position Responsibilities:
- Administration and upkeep of Linux Servers, specifically RHEL and Debian distributions
- Engaging in the management of incidents, issues, and system changes
- Development and upkeep of technical documentation
- Regular monitoring of system performance and hardware integrity
- Serving as the primary contact for client queries through email
- Providing both initial and secondary support for infrastructure-related matters

Duties:
- Offer primary and secondary assistance, acting as the point of contact for client concerns regarding infrastructure, predominantly related to Linux operating systems
- Continuous monitoring of organizational services and hardware
- Management and routine maintenance of Linux server operations
- Documentation creation and management, with a particular emphasis on Confluence platform

Necessary Skills:
- Ability to engage positively with clients
- Familiarity with operational processes and environments
- Proficient in corporate settings
- Strong competency in managing Linux Servers, specifically RHEL and Debian
- Proficiency with Ansible, Python, and Git tools
