ICT Supporter UCC vacancy for our Baden based client in the energy sector.

Your tasks:

• Performing specification, evaluation, configuration and implementation of infrastructure components for ICT platforms for communication solutions
• Planning, managing and being responsible for the billing of customer projects
• Executing small and service orders
• Providing remote maintenance and completing other support assignments
• Maintaining the system-technical documentation
• Supporting the team in the acquisition of additional orders

Your experience/knowledge:

• Previous experience as an ICT Supporter, ideally in the UCC sector
• Ability to quickly comprehend concepts in the ICT sector
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office and solid application knowledge
• Very strong interest in communication solutions
• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician EFZ with technical flair
• Language skills: German - fluent in written and spoken, English - conversational

Your soft skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and in a timely fashion
