Global Project Manager vacancy requiring profound Diagnostics and Medical Device knowledge for a globally operating Rotkreuz based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Orchestrating SAFe practices and guiding Agile Release Trains for strategic alignment, PI planning, and global operational excellence
• Collaborating with partners to align information and proactively address obstacles, establishing structures for product development
• Coordinating plans to manage dependencies, resources, and budgets, ensuring team efficiency and effectiveness in project management
• Promoting continuous improvement in project management through knowledge sharing and applying best practices for enhanced delivery standards
• Establishing positive team dynamics and transparent information sharing to support decision-making and act as a trusted advisor for risk management
• Identifying project gaps and bottlenecks, providing scenario analysis for decision-making, and coaching team members for professional development

Your experience/knowledge:

• 7+ years of experience in project management in the diagnostic, medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry
• Expertise in clinical biomarker or In Vitro Diagnostic development
• Background working in industries subject to regulations, such as FDA 21 CFR part 820, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and mindset
• Working knowledge of Planisware, MS Office, G-Suite and know-how of project management tools such as Trello, Miro, Smartsheet, Jira, AHA!
• Bachelor's degree or higher in science, engineering, or business-related fields

Your soft skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking with the ability to synthesize information to identify relevant insights
• Business acumen, high-level strategic thinking and strong analytical and communication skills
