Informatica Master & Data Implementation Lead

Endeavour Recruitment has an excellent, urgent freelance opportunity for an experienced Informatica Master & Data Implementation Lead to join a Global Organisation.

Remote working from the European Union with occasional travel to Switzerland.

The role:

The client has established a formal Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance Framework and selected INFORMATICA as its strategic Master and Reference Data Management platform.

The client is working with an implementation partner to deliver the initial INFORMATICA solution; however, the client requires a senior, technically authoritative INFORMATICA MDM/RDM expert who will work closely with the partner to ensure these use cases are delivered within the project timeframe, and who will then take over full technical and business ownership of the platform, enabling the client to operate, extend, and onboard additional use cases independently after partner exit.

Objective:

To lead the business-aligned implementation of INFORMATICA MDM and RDM, translating the client's existing governance framework into:

• Operational MDM and RDM.
• INFORMATICA data models, match rules, survivorship, and workflows
• Golden records for Customer/Party data
• A steward-enabled operating model

This role is responsible for ensuring that what was defined in governance becomes real in INFORMATICA.

Mandatory experience required:

• 7+ years MDM/RDM experience; of which 3+ years in INFORMATICA MDM/RDM
• Hands-on INFORMATICA MDM delivery experience
• Ability to speak business language, not just technical
• Experience defining and implementing MDM
• Experience working with system integrators

• Stewardship workflows
