? The role holder demonstrates competence in repairs, replacements, and
recalibrations on Standard jobs without supervision
? Consistently delivers all operational responsibilities to contribute to team goals
? May be allocated Complex jobs if accompanied by Expert, Lead, Supervisor
or Team Leader
? May learn and perform flat glass cutting as needed
? Carries out core customer service activities, communicating effectively by
understanding and responding to customer needs to deliver great service
? Finds appropriate opportunities to present and sell Value Added Products and
Services (VAPS)
? Understands company policies and procedures and complies with them
? Understands and works towards branch and personal KPIs
? May mentor and support other team members
