SAP Payroll (HCM PY) Consultant - Germany

Permanent - Remote with occasional Client visits - €75000++

As a SAP Payroll Functional Consultant, you will be key in ensuring all client configuration requirements are correct

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the Solution design, review and alignment of deliverables to ensure we deliver on-time and in-scope
• Providing subject matter expertise for all SAP payroll related technical and functional issues in the country
• Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned in the project
• Act as the primary escalation point within the project for all project issues related to functional implementation
• Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use and deployment of OM/PA/PY/TM modules in the project
• Partnering with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
• Mentoring project resources
• Working with payroll implementation team on the build of the system

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrate exceptional SAP Payroll Functional and Technical implementation and configuration experience
• Have an exceptional understanding of German Payroll legislation and practices
• Have excellent written and verbal skills in German and English
