Job Responsibilities/Objectives

* Installation, configuration and maintenance of the IT infrastructure
* Analysis and solution of problems in case of malfunctions
* Standardisation, licensing, implementation and support of company-wide IT applications
* Contribution of innovative ideas and implementation of internal IT projects
* Advice and support for employees with IT problems in person, by phone or via the ticket system
* life cycle management of IT devices

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

* Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification
* Experience and knowledge of Microsoft/Windows environments and common cloud services
* Knowledge of network administration, system administration and IT security
* Strong problem-solving skills and service orientation
* Independent working style, ability to work in a team and high reliability
* Good communication skills in German B2-C1
