Azure Cloud Engineer (Contract)
Location: Madrid, Spain Country: Spain Rate: CHF400 - 500 per day
For our customer an innovative financial technology based in Madrid, we are seeking a talented Azure Cloud Automation Engineer for a 6 month contract
Hybrid working preferred
Skills and Experience
- Define, create, and maintain processes needed to support production and development environments with the use of automation in Azure Devops and Gitlab.
- Develop and improve automation scripts and pipelines in our environment to enhance the level of automation and decrease the amount of manual activities with the use of Ansible/Terraform/Git/Bash or other solutions.
- Work closely with the Cloud Engineering Team to design and implement cloud-based solutions, ensuring smooth functioning of cloud infrastructure.
- Develop new specs, documentation, and participate in the development of technical procedures and user support guides.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via service desk and find solutions to automate common requests.
This engineer will need to have the following expertise:
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications using IaaS and PaaS on Microsoft Azure.
- Terraform
- Git
- Ansible
- Azure DevOps
