T24/AA/Arrangement Architecture/Loans Functional Consultant, English Speaking

Working Conditions: Remote working

Client based in Spain

Time Zone : European timezone working hours needed : +/- 3 hours of CET.

Skills:

Proven experience as a BA of functional consultant (not only testing or QA).

Module experience across AA-loans, AA-deposits.

Hands-on work experience in setting up parameters and configuration.

Experience in scoping and requirement definition directly with business users, able to map business needs to T24 in the functional area.

Proven experience in troubleshooting and AA loans issues fixing.

Day to day duties (main functions of role):

• Scoping and gather requirements with business users.
• Translate business requirements to T24.
• Configuration of Temenos Financial Inclusion platform: business processes configuration, product parametrization, functional customizations
• Help desk. Logging of Adhoc Requests.
• Functional analysis of issues and support to technical teams in their resolution.
• Managing Core incidents with Temenos Helpdesk

Project Description:

Temenos Financial Inclusion implementation for international institution dedicated to microfinance. After the implementation project (ongoing, expected to be finished in September), the position will have continuity in the maintenance services project. Therefore, we are looking for a long term position.
