1st/2nd line support, MS Office, O365, Windows, CMS, CRM, Active Directory, Email Archiving

Permanent | Paris | €35,000 - €45,000 DOE + Benefits

Service Desk Analyst is required by our multi-national, market leading client based in Paris to provide professional, high quality, and consistent IT support to both technical and non-technical personnel globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and high-quality IT support to internal staff over phone, email, remote desktops, and desk side visits.
  • Maintain a customer centric approach, ensuring SLA, targets, processes, and IT standards are always met.
  • Ensure technical issues, incidents, and requests are responded to in a timely manner and recorded accordingly.
  • Work closely with teams across Europe and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of technical documentation.
  • Configuring, maintaining, exchanging, and moving desktops, laptops, telephony equipment, and similar.

Skills required:

  • Demonstrable experience in providing high quality 1st and 2nd line IT support to a large user base.
  • Strong experience in supporting MS Office/Office 365 application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Windows 10.
  • Proven experience in configuring, maintaining, and exchanging PC hardware and software.
  • Strong Active Directory skills.
  • An understanding of CMS (Content Management Systems) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems would be beneficial.
  • Prior experience within the legal or professional services sector would be advantageous.
  • Must possess fluency in both French and English (verbal and written).
