Team Assistant/Office Manager (f/m/x) Paris NK01 (Contract)

Location: Paris Country: France
 

On behalf of our client, an international financial service provider with an office in Paris, we are looking for an external resource (Auto Entrepreneur) with skills and abilities as stated below:

Team Assistant/Office Manager (f/m/x) Paris NK01

Tasks:

- Billing and bank account statements processing including office-specific bills such as electricity, maintenance etc., employee-specific bills such as local social security charges that need to be reconciliated with the Head Quarters financial accounting as well as client event bills.

- Liaison with service providers such as facility manager, local payroll service provider, local service provider for health insurance and other insurance contracts

- Answering calls from the Paris office hotline as well as phone calls when colleagues are not at their desk

- Preparation and organization of client events as well as preparing client presentations

- Coordinating and sending priority post mail (DHL) and courier for bulky items

- Ordering commercial extract registers via a dedicated online platform (charged to our Paris bank account) to support client services/KYC needs

- Ordering office supplies and food & beverage staples

Mandatory skills and experience:

- Experience in working as an Team Assistant/Office Manager

- Solid knowledge of MSOffice (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)

- English required, French required, German would be an asset

Assignment:

- Start date of assignment: ASAP

- Initial contract duration until End December2019 due to Budget policy/but extension is anticipated in 2020

- Degree of employment: Part/Full-time/30- 40 hrs. per week

- Location: Paris (8e Arr.)
