Project Resource Manager (Contract/Permanent)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £30k

Due to continued expansion the S&A Group are looking for a Project Resource Manager. Initially to support one of our Banking Clients in London but with the opportunity to develop the S&A PMO function supporting a wide range of clients with all things People' in their project delivery.

The role will be to work with Project Managers to manage the resource needs for sometimes complex projects. The PR Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are fully resourced and QA deliverables for all S&A onsite resources to ensure that they are aligned with statement of work. We see this role as a key hire to our core team during an exciting period of growth with the opportunity to work with various clients.

The successful candidate will understand Business Change/Transformation as part of the project management life cycle.

An organised, proactive people person who can manage peaks and troughs in the support of projects ensuring that the pipeline of skills is available at all times. This would ideally suit an internal recruiter who has worked closely with internal IT/Business Change Teams to support their ongoing skills needs.

Good IT skills is a must. Experience using Salesforce would be a distinct advantage. This is a Client facing role. The role could be home based but there will be travel to Client site as required.
