My client is THE PLACE TO BE in this space and are looking for a proactive, passionate Presales Consultant who can be a huge part of their team moving forward. Due to ongoing success and business wins, the team are looking for somebody who can help them grow the already successful practice and work alongside the head of presales to delivery the best solutions in this space to their worldwide customer base.

Ideal person will come from an Infrastructure background and also have working knowledge of Network/Security solutions including the basic routing/switching. This person must be passionate about biometrics, analytics and have a want/desire to get some of the best training in the world on facial recognition and my clients internal product. Must have a strong commercial acumen and be able to easily translate both a technical and commercial conversation to differing levels of people with various levels of technical expertise

This person must also have the flexibility to travel (fully expensed) worldwide, although it is an expectation that you will be home based over 75% of the time

Must either be SC Cleared or be capable of doing so

Ideal Technical Background:

-Biometrics, Facial Recognition, Analytics
-Operating Systems: Windows (10), Server (2012, 2016, 2019)
-Databases: MS SQL (2014, 2016).
-Networking: TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, VPN, etc.
-Technology: On-Premise, Cloud (AWS, Azure), Virtualisation.
-Security: Base understanding of IT best practice, Firewall configuration, IDS, etc. o
-API: Understating of integration via web-based API's such as SOAP/XML, RESTful, etc. Ability to script (JavaScript, Python, etc) is advantageous but not essential.
-Detailed understanding and experience of the end-to-end bid process from inception to award, including responding to RFI/RFP's and defining the service package.
-Experience of biometrics, analytics or artificial intelligence is advantageous but not necessary.


-Build strong and trusted relationships with a broad range of customers within your region(s) with specific focus on regional account managers, commercial executives and the presales staff.
-Work closely with regional teams, system integrators and end-customers to identify and qualify opportunities, helping partners to develop and execute a commercial strategy to deploy product within the region.
-Ensure that updates from the regional stakeholders are accurately reported via the pipeline/CRM, tracking ongoing projects and reporting opportunities for new business to help grow the regional footprint.
-Provide commercial guidance, factoring in regional considerations and the competitive landscape, to ensure that our partners strategy is consistently viable and that the pipeline information remains accurate.
-Assist technical experts within the partner network to understand the best options to configure product and ensuring that they are maximising its potential within the market.
-Provide technical project documentation to assist with the tender process, such as high-level design and project documents, hardware recommendations and general technical guidance.
-Influence and input into the tender response process, responding to RFI/RFP's, inputting into the win strategy and completing gap analysis.
-Deploy small proof of concept and trial deployments onto customer environments, typically within the Microsoft product stack.
-Carry out basic data analysis for projects, including basic statistical analysis of biometric accuracy data.
-Present product via live demonstrations and through customer presentations, both remote and face-to-face.
-Host product training sessions both remotely and face-to-face.
-Work closely with all stakeholders across the business to ensure appropriate allocation of resources
