Business Analyst & Relationship Manager (Permanent)

Currently seeking a Business Analyst who specialises in Development and Corporate for a growing Bio-Technology organisation, based in the Oxfordshire area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the relationship between the business' Development and Corporate teams and the IT Department. They will play a key role in ensuring that the processes and systems operating with the business area they support are mapped out and managed. Applicants will be expected to provide support for the Development (CMC, Clinical Supplies, Quality Assurance and Portfolio/Project Management) and Corporate areas with topic specific knowledge when taking requirements through the discovery process. Agreeing the relationships with the IT team members responsible for Science, Clinical/Commercial and Supply Chain to ensure clear ownership of different areas. Support the Corporate teams in the application of technology to implement a control environment, standard processes and G&A efficiencies, ensuring alignment to global IT/data legislation and IT policies.

Applicants must have at least five years' previous experience as an IT business analyst in a Biotechnology, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical company, with a focus on Medical Development and Corporate implementation and improvement. Demonstrable experience in process mapping techniques, process improvement methodologies and requirements solicitation working independently as the lead BA on projects.
