We are looking for an energetic, dynamic Microsoft New Business Development Manager who understands the Microsoft eco-system, who uses the latest sales approaches and are passionate about the benefits of technology for businesses.

Our client are launching this exciting new proposition to help businesses get more value from their technology investments, Enabling employees to work more effectively and to increase productivity.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Working in collaboration with marketing on delivering ABM plans
  • Focus on core account list, working deeply into each account across multiple stakeholders
  • Turning data and insights to revenue
  • Believing in what you sell, so you will use the technology that you sell to improve your own productivity
  • Deliver annualised sales of £1m in year 1 and £2m in year 2
  • Running C-level discovery sessions and workshops
  • Managing relationships with c-level executives across account list
  • Generating your own opportunities as well as working those provided by Marketing
  • Formulating digital transformation strategies for your prospects and customers

What you'll bring:

  • We want to know you can sell, so you need to be able to demonstrate a great track record in closing business and managing new accounts
  • An understanding of the latest Microsoft sales processes
  • Amazing presentation skills
  • Knowing about selling Microsoft is key, so you'll have a working knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem, knowing your way around their products and partner tool-kits
  • Successful management of complex sales engagements, pipeline management, opportunity management, and account planning
  • A collaborative style with strong interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills
