2nd Line Support - Night Shift (Permanent)

Location: Surrey Country: UK Rate: £30k - £31k per annum

2nd Line Support - Permanent - circa £30,000 - Surrey (Night Shift Role)

We are looking for a night owl who wants to provide support on a 24/7 support desk. You will work on a night shift pattern. You will take control of level 2 service tickets and proactively monitor multiple client infrastructures so each evening will never be the same. Your attention to detail is a must as is your dogged determination to reduce the number of tickets going to 3rd line,

Your skills will consist of the following technologies:-

  • Desktop and Service hardware experience
  • Experience using RMM and Monitoring tools daily
  • Supporting Microsoft Office 2013/2016 suite
  • Office 365 applications
  • Windows Server 2012/2016
  • Exchange Server 2013/2016/Online
  • Knowledge of networking, routing, switching & Firewalls
  • Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
  • Microsoft Exchange/Active Directory administration
  • WAN/LAN/Wireless
  • Citrix
  • Knowledge of Android and IOS
  • CompTIA A+ Essentials (Desirable)
  • CompTIA A+ IT Technician (Desirable)
  • Microsoft Desktop Qualifications (Desirable)
  • Microsoft Server Qualifications (Desirable)
  • ITIL Foundation or greater (Desirable)
