My client is on the lookout for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to ensure successful direct support and delivery across all IT services to develop the IT Service roadmap while continuously improving.

Key Skills -

  • 5 years experience in a Service Delivery role.
  • Technical understanding - Office 365, Networking, troubleshooting
  • Ability to look at the bigger picture when it comes to IT Services
  • Leadership/management experience
  • in depth knowledge in ops, design, deployment & system life cycle management
  • Managing result performance, planning, risk, people etC.
  • Budget plannin and financial management and audit activities
