As we continue to evolve and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of global finance, we are seeking a talented and experienced Process Engineer to join their dynamic team.

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to spearhead our firm-wide process mapping initiative, with a keen focus on process risk management and control enhancement. This is a pivotal role that will significantly contribute to our organization's operational excellence and risk management strategies.

• Lead the scoping and mapping of processes across multiple functional areas, creating standardized maps (eg, using BPMN 2.0)
• Coordinate cross-functional workshops to review process risks and identify control enhancements
• Facilitate collaboration between first and second lines of defense
• Manage workload and deliver against agreed plans
• Enable knowledge transfer to functional areas for maintaining process-related documentation

• Significant experience in process mapping using Microsoft Visio (experience with other tools is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of risks and controls, particularly in technology-related areas
• About 5 years of experience in Financial Services or Consultancy
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Process-focused qualifications or demonstrated experience
• Risk and Control focused qualifications or proven expertise
