A dynamic data migration consultancy based in Watford, Herts is looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team.

This is an ideal role for a 2nd line support technician looking to transition to 3rd line support whilst gaining broad experience of various technologies and working within an ISO27001 environment.

The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver with a keen interest in IT, and not afraid of learning new technologies.

What are your responsibilities?

As an IT Support Technician, you will have varied responsibilities. You will be supported in achieving these goals by a senior IT support technician.

Typical responsibilities will include assisting with:

  • Call logging & ticketing systems
  • Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Office
  • Virtualisation
  • Active Directory
  • Networking
  • Firewall Management

Any further skills & experience with Linux would be highly beneficial but not essential.
