Working with an innovative start-up in Central London, who have built a vehicle-rental platform that taps into the sharing economy, in a similar sense to Airbnb, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager to work in a small team, on the front-line of the business, managing lead conversion.

You will take customer requirements through a range of mediums (live chat, social, website, industry events) and see the customer through the rental process, providing insights and bespoke advice.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll also have the opportunity to work with high-value customers to manage initial inquiries, after-care, and repeat sales.
