IT Support Analyst required to join a growing IT team based in Dulwich. The chosen candidate will be giving technical support to internal users which would involve installing & maintaining network systems and providing first line/second line support for service tickets.

Key Responsibilities

- IT Support to internal users - Windows OS/Office 365 and internal applications

- Active Directory - updating users

- Device Set Up & Maintenance

- Network (LAN)

- Data back up and monitoring/reporting

- Maintain and manage IT Hardware/Software inventory and documentation technical policies

- Manage/Assign Service Desk Tickets and IT Change Requests

- Other general IT Office requirements - meeting room set up and helping staff dealing technical third party providers.
