About the role

Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Safety Health Environmental Quality and Security (SHEQS) Senior Business Partner to join the team.

As a leader on the Business Executive team, this role drives the SHEQS agenda through the Senior Management Executive team and takes responsibility for influencing the shape of the Airports Business SHEQS strategy development and delivery.

What do I need to do the role?

You'll be a Chartered Member of Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (CMIOSH) supported by a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent and be a Lead Auditor (IRCA) or equivalent.

We would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:

  • It is desirable you have previous Health & Safety leadership role and team management across a multi-site operation.
  • It is desirable you have previous work experience in implementing, maintaining and auditing: ISO 9001, BSI ISO 14001 and BSI OHSAS 18001, IAMM Level 3 standards or equivalent.

Lastly, it is preferable you have a credible career path in non-safety discipline where problem solving and safety improvement experience can be demonstrated and experience of maintaining and implementing Information Assurance processes.
