Support Engineer (Permanent)

Location: Cardiff, Wales Country: UK Rate: £25k - £30k per annum + Progression & Training

Salary up to £30,000 + benefits

My client are one of the UK's most renowned, creative and successful Digital Consultancies, with a client portfolio that speaks volumes across a diverse sector base (you would most definitely heard of their customers and the impressive work they have delivered!).

They are on the lookout for a Support Engineer to join their family of personable experts, to work with multiple and varied disciplines on innovative projects for a roster of blue chip clients.

As a Support Engineer, your main responsibilities are as follows:
* Manage the provisioning of new Servers and services to meet internal requirements
* Research and recommend innovative and (where possible) automated approaches to system administration tasks
* Undertake/lead projects to improve existing systems and develop new systems, to support both your job role and the wider company
* Produce good documentation regarding new and current systems

The ideal Support Engineer will possess some, if not all, of the following attributes:
* Windows Server experience
* Familiar with Mac and Linux Desktops
* Keen to work with AWS
* Degree or equivalent in Computer Science
