Statistical Analyst or Statistical Modeller wanted for a permanent job posting in South Birmingham working in the Financial sector with a salary offering of £40,000 - £50,000

I am working with an award winning Finance Company based in South Birmingham who have an urgent need for a Statistical Analyst to work directly with the senior board and some very senior Finance Directors.

You will have a quantitative analytics background and ideally a mathematics degree and be well versed in or have a real desire in the fields of machine learning, deep learning, gradient boosting and AI

You will have strong data science and data analytical skills and have strong technical skills with either one of the following:

Python

SQL

SASS

As well as strong Excel and reporting experience.

You need to be able to work with the data and produce prediction models and have the ability to assess and be subjective with the data you produce and communicate this effectively to the board.

This role is a key appointment in the future of the business and you will be working very closely with Senior management in mapping out the future growth and areas of growth for the business.

This is a permanent role with a salary up to £50,000 for the right person
