3rd Line Support Technician

Keystream Healtchare have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 3rd Line Support Technician to work for a private Healthcare organisation on a permanent basis. As the 3rd Line Support Technician you will:

  • Will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of IT projects and services across Parkside Hospital/Cancer Centre London and the wider group.
  • Will ensure that all IT projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard. He/she will ensure project(s) are effectively resourced and will manage relationships with a wide range of groups (including all project contributors/stakeholders) and 3rd party vendors and suppliers.
  • To manage IT vendor and supplier relationships to ensure that relevant new technologies and products are made available and that the necessary due diligence has been achieved on all purchased technology and products.
  • Responsible for planning and utilising resources in partnership with the relevant departmental managers in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful working relationships.
  • Will work closely with the Group IT Director, IT Manager, Hospital Director and key business stakeholders to align the strategic IT direction for the hospital and wider group.
  • The 3rd Line Support Technician will help design, scope and implement solutions that achieve the maximum benefit in meeting business objectives, while maintaining the best end user experience across the group.

Key skills:

  • Member of a professional body: Microsoft Certified Professional.
  • Be able to efficiently implement different computer and communication software applications and hardware.
  • Specifically, in Microsoft Systems and software platforms and technologies - Microsoft System Centre, Microsoft Data Centre
  • Successful management of projects, experience of applying project management principles and methods, such as PRINCE2.
  • Working across organisational boundaries and developing partnership approaches
  • Experience of successfully applying change management methodologies
  • Experience in leading and managing technological change within a complex organisation
  • Proven experience of delivering projects to the desired outcomes and within quality, time and cost limits.
