Abrecco wish to recruit, on behalf of our client, an IT Support Analyst to join a small yet expanding team responsible for resolving requests from users at all levels. Due to the nature of the role you'll bring excellent communication skills to the table as well as proven skills across Image Capture and Deployment, Active Directory, MS Exchange and ideally iOS configuration.

To make sure this is the right opportunity for you, have a read of the following:


- Proven experience providing support within a medium/large scale Windows environment

- Strong skills across Image Capture and Deployment

- Knowledge of Active Directory

- MS Exchange

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with users at all levels


- iOS configuration

- Experience dealing with internal/remote users at all levels across multiple sites

- Previous experience of project delivery
