Location: Reading, Berkshire Country: UK Rate: £450-£550 per Day

Project Manager - Web Application Development, Agile, Certified Scrum PM

Exciting opportunity to join this rapidly expanding software house which develops web-based products for the FMCG and retail sectors. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced software development (web applications) Project Manager to own the delivery of customised product features and implementation of the product into key customers. The initial requirement is to customise, configure and implement the application in to a global customer.

Requirements of the role:

- 5+ years' experience delivering web development projects end to end using Agile principles

- A relevant project management qualification, ideally Certified Scrum PM

- An understanding of web technologies and software development, ideally HTML, Javascript & CSS

- Experience managing both local and off shore developers and ideally QAs & Product Managers

- A relevant degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

- Industry experience within FMCG, retail or other industries with consumer facing websites

- In depth knowledge of the software development life cycle

- Strong stakeholder management skills both internal and customers

- Experience of project management tools for planning and risk management (eg MS Project)

- Strong delivery focus, communications skills and gravitas

£450-£550 per day. 3 months rolling. Reading/Berkshire/M4 Corridor
