CRM Technical Analyst (MS Dynamics 365) (Permanent)

Location: Guildford, Surrey Country: UK Rate: £40k - £42k per annum + + bonus and benefits
 

Edward Carter Solutions is currently seeking an experienced CRM Technical Analyst for an exciting permanent opportunity based in a leading, sought after client.

Within the role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for existing solutions and delivering a roadmap of continuous improvements and custom enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Portals.

Duties within the role, include:

* Participate in technical design discussions, collaborating with business stakeholders, key users and colleagues to analyse, design and develop value added business solutions.
* Own the support and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Portals for the business.
* Ensure that developments/solutions are to a high level
* Create and maintain high quality technical documentation.
* Provide level 2 and 3 technical support for incident ticket resolution within agreed SLA's.
* Co-ordinate and test mandatory upgrades, patches & enhancements.
* Implement and maintain suitable source/version control for all developments.

For this role, you will need:

* CRM - proficient in-service configuration, developing plugins and workflows (CRM SDK)
* MS Dynamics 365; experience supporting, extending, developing and integrating.
* Experience using a suitable source control management tool (VSTS/DevOps).
* Experience with Enterprise Integration Service/iPaaS tools (MS or Scribe)
* Knowledge of Azure (App Services, Function Apps, Azure AD, Storage Accounts, Application Insights) and O365 integration
* Understanding of Agile practices
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
