Graduate Controls Engineer from Leading University! (Permanent)

Location: Guildford, Surrey Country: UK Rate: £25k - £35k per annum + excellent benefits + bonus
 

We are looking for a graduate engineer with a 1st Class/2.i Degree from a top University. BSc, MSc, PhD in Engineering/Electronics, Electrical/Mechanical/Robotics/Automation Engineering or similar discipline. Any internships or awards would be highly beneficial to the role. Commercial work experience also highly beneficial.

This leading, award winning firm is looking to recruit a bright PhD, BSc, BENg, MEng, MSc Engineering/Electronics, Electrical/Mechanical/Robotics/Automation Engineering graduate for work on their core product. Working within a team of very bright and like-minded individuals you will be mentored and trained as required.

Working with cutting edge technology you will gain a multiple skill set and have the opportunity to influence the direction of projects. With excellent design, analytical and communication skills you will receive first class on-the-job training. There is lots of scope for career development. What you will have:

  • 1st or 2.i degree from leading University
  • Competence at problem solving
  • A love of engineering and electrical design
  • Ideally, some commercial or industry experience of a few months or more
  • Common sense and practical approach to solving engineering problems

Working on the both the practical and theoretical side of engineering the successful incumbent must be comfortable with complex mathematics and calculations, including controls programming. Ability to be adaptable and manage exciting and challenging engineering problems is paramount.
