About the role

Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Mechanical Supervisor to provide supervision of planned and reactive maintenance to mechanical systems and equipment whilst managing a team of three.

The main responsibilities include identifying improvements in mechanical services and co-ordinating site checks, as well as monitoring controls, processing work orders and management of repairs.

What do I need to do the role?

You will be mechanically bias (heating systems, ventilation, pressure systems, pumps, motors, lifting equipment) with an in depth understanding of mechanical installations and building services engineering.

You will also have experience within plant rooms, large campuses or military estates and a military background with JSP would be desirable.

You will have previous working experience of management/supervision of mechanical engineers and you will be familiar with Regulations and code of practice.

You will be educated to NVQ 3 Level 3 minimum in Mechanical Discipline and hold qualifications ONC/HNC.

This role may be considered for flexible working.
