IT Service Desk (Contract)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £250 - 275 per Day +
 

Service Desk Analyst | 1 month | London | £275 d/r

Our client is a fast growing (30% growth) and successful IT services business with both a managed IT and a professional services division. Working to deliver high availability technical IT Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions, to a range of enterprise-level customers in the public and private sector, they work across Microsoft Cloud & Infrastructure.

Requirements

- Win10 knowledge and associated troubleshooting (there's also some older Windows versions present, like Windows7)
- Office 365 Apps (particularly & Outlook Word)
- Troubleshooting with iExplorer
- Working in Laptop-heavy environments (ThinkPads)
- General knowledge of how Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools operate

Desirable

- Working knowledge of Citrix environments
- Active Directory experience (SC needed for this, that's how they're hiring)
- SecureHub for MDM, used to access email & Office 365 apps on phone
