Technical Specialist (Contract)

Location: Corsham Country: UK Rate: £400 - £415 per Day

Technical Specialist - User Requirements & Capability Manager


£415 per day - 9 month contract

Inside of IR35 - An approved umbrella company must be used for the duration of this contract

VALID SC clearance required

I have a great opportunity to join our client in the Government & Defence sector on an initial 9 month contract.

The Role:

  • Coordinate the production of the VVRM & ensure that it provides a tool for tracking requirements satisfaction & progressive assurance
  • Ensure the capability milestone definition document is maintained & reflects the programme delivery schedule
  • Support the production of Acceptance Case Reports to inform the evaluation of outcomes & provide sentencing recommendations
  • Manage, track & respond to requirements & acceptance RFIs
  • Providing technical leadership & support on the strategy, design & execution of supply chain programme area & projects within it
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver activities & project

Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge & experience of User Requirements & Acceptance Management based on an Agile or SAFe methodology
  • Knowledge/experience of pan-DLOD User Requirements & Acceptance Management & Processes
  • Experience in leading user requirements & acceptance support to ICT delivery programmes throughout all phases of the project life cycle
  • An understanding of cross-DLOD contribution to the delivery capability
