*Service Desk Analyst - £23-27k Dependent on experience*
My client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst who sits within the IT 1st line team, acting as a single point of contact for internal users of IT. The primary focus of the role is to resolve IT service requests and issues remotely, on the phone or in person.
The suitable candidate will have an understanding of the following:
* Working knowledge of Windows 10 and software applications, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and SCCM.
* Mobile device management and configuration
* Skype for Business and Video Conferencing
Possess the following skills:
* Have excellent IT skills across Microsoft packages, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive approach to problem solving
* Ability to approach problems systematically and provide solutions
* Able to prioritise workload and multitask escalating when trends are noted or if there is a service impacting issue
* Able to train staff on new technologies
Be able to demonstrate experience of the following:
* Troubleshooting issues on Microsoft Office 2016 suite and Windows 10
* Basic hardware troubleshooting
* Active Directory Administration
* Customer service focus and customer service skills
* Mobile device support (IOS and Android)
* Basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting
* Supporting meeting room hardware/software (video conferencing, conference phones, Skype for Business)
