1st Line IT Technician with excellent troubleshooting skills in a Windows environment required for a global company in their state-of-the-art office in Central Manchester. The Successful IT Technician will be managing calls, escalating internally and externally when necessary and ensuring that issues are dealt with inside of SLA's and to the agreed standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Managing desk/department moves
- Telephony support
- Reducing customers down-time, by use of work-arounds and ultimately solutions/fixes
- Escalation of calls, both to internal staff and third-parties
- Interpretation of requirements

Key Requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
- Support of VOIP/Telephony systems
- Troubleshooting experience, both hardware and software
- IT Service Desk experience
