Up to £30,000 + benefits

Due to business growth, my client based in Cardiff City Centre are urgently looking for an 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer. As a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer you will support and administer our client's systems through the provision of technical advice and guidance, maintenance and problem solving within the agreed Service Levels.

As a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer your main responsibilities are as follows:
* Provide technical and functional support for the Infrastructure and Desktop environments
* Resolve incidents, investigate and solve problems and liaise with other teams and third parties to ensure proper implementation of solutions
* Perform monthly maintenance and patching of the desktop environment
* Installation of software and hardware in line with our client's policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

Windows Server experience
Active Directory experience
Cloud - Azure experience
Managing all email traffic on the helpdesk
Supporting Windows 7, 8, 10
