Client Relationship Consultant (Permanent)

Location: Cardiff, Wales Country: UK Rate: £25k - £28k per annum + DOE, + LOTS of benefits

Internal Recruitment//Talent Management//Relationship Management//Recruitment Coordinator

Due to continued growth, our client, an international Legal Consultancy, are seeking to appoint a Client Relationship Consultant for a newly created position. This client is a well respected, global organisation, who are seeking a methodical, organised and proactive personality to fulfil this new role.

The organisation meet the demands of clients for interim legal and compliance professionals. You'll be building relationships with the already-engaged consultants, organising their suitability and availability in order to create a "go-to" workforce when requirements arise. You'll be great at interacting and speaking on the phone and working with internal stakeholders in a supportive environment where you're encouraged to speak up with ideas and initiatives.

You'll be the bridge between consultants and clients, generating leads and opportunities, negotiating contracts and fees, working patterns and placements, organising interviews and tracking it all on the CRM system. Ideally you'll have a basic understanding of the legal industry, although training will be offered to the right candidate. There's lots of room for progression and development in line with your own ambition and abilities.

This position would suit a legal graduate, or professional services or legal recruitment consultant/resourcer who is looking for a change.

In return, a salary of circa £25,000-28,000 (DOE) will be offered with a great benefits package including the option to buy and sell holidays, Private Medical cover, and plenty of learning and development opportunities in a supportive and friendly, close knit team.

To be considered for this opportunity, apply with the most up to date copy of your CV.
