HR Data Insights/Reporting Analyst - HRIS (Permanent)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £30k - £45k per annum + bonus and Pension
 

HR Data Systems Reporting Analyst sought by a Global Telecommunications Company based in London

This role sits a critical team within the HR Unit. They support, develop and drive all corporate wide HR Systems initiatives and are responsible for producing regular and ad-hoc people metrics and data. The core platform sits at the heart of their HR Systems strategy.

Their technology stack comprises other best of breed software tools (Smartrecruiter, Enboarder, Cornerstone On Demand) and we continue to evaluate and integrate new technology solutions to support the HR agenda. The purpose of the HR Data and System Analyst role is the design and ongoing delivery of their HR reporting and metrics output and capability. The role will be working alongside another HR Systems Analyst and will also support the delivery of our HR Technology global initiatives and projects.

Essential:

* HR Experience

* Tableau or SAP (Data Visualisation) Experience

* Stakeholder Experience

* Some OR alot of exposure to HRIS; Successfactors or Cornerstone etc.

* Some OR alot of Excel experience

Desirable Knowledge (Not Essential)

* Experience of testing - eg creation of test scripts

* System configuration

* Exposure to Payroll systems, Timesheets etc
