The client is looking for an experience Technical Support Analyst to join their team due to internal growth of their helpdesk. The suitable candidate will not only be offered progression but gain exposure to the latest technologies, to work for a cloud focused organization and gain experience in Azure & AWS.

Role Details

  • Deliver high quality remote support on a wide range of technical incidents while providing a strong level of customer service skills to an array of clients.
  • Respond effectively, appropriately and effectively when resolving issues.
  • Adhere to SLA's and take full responsibility when tackling issues.
