HelpDesk Advisor - £125 per day (Contract)

Location: Reading, Berkshire Country: UK Rate: £100 - £125 per Day
 

We are recruiting for a Helpdesk Advisor with strong written and oral communication, IT and technical skills with the ability to remain calm, positive whilst ensuring targets are met, looking to earn £125 per day.

Are you a person who loves providing customer satisfaction, always keen to accurately provide information through a professional and friendly manner and consistently meeting targets?

Is your experience one of providing solutions and customer satisfaction to legal professionals and teams?

Do you want to work for one of the UK's fastest-growing software companies, working with some high level and enterprise products?

You will be working within the support centre in Reading, providing support and guidance through telephone and email whilst also shining a spotlight on certain technical projects for customers through outbound campaigns.

Key Skills

  • Keyboard proficient with strong PC skills
  • Knowledge of basic Windows tools, including MS Office, and Internet technologies, especially emails, web browsers and web-based search engines
  • Outstanding troubleshooting skills
  • Strong technical translation skills, to ensure you can accurately answer questions on products to customers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to remain calm and positive when working in a pressurised environment

This is a 4-month temporary contract, please do talk to Southern Lights also to assist you if you need to go through an umbrella company to manage this new opportunity.
