Marketing Manager


Marketing Manager needed for a multinational organisation based in London who are looking to employ an experienced Marketing Manager with an in-depth knowledge of the development of marketing strategies and the day to day marketing activities.

Some of the main duties of the Marketing Manager will include:

  • Provide guidance and management of the UK Marketing team
  • Ensure all staff have quarterly objectives set and are supported in achieving them
  • Responsible for the digital marketing strategy for the business with a view to driving customer acquisition and organic contacts
  • Playing a key role in planning and managing budgetary control of all UK marketing spend
  • Responsible for creating and customising campaigns for both long term and short term tactical demand generation activities
  • Planning and developing effective nurture campaigns in conjunction with persona's and profiling of MTI's database
  • Analyse and provide weekly & monthly digital marketing metrics and lead status reports
  • Implement, analyse, and optimize organic and paid search engine marketing activities
  • Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
  • Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
  • Work with existing tools and platforms to automate relevant marketing activities as well as using tools to help nurture prospects at relevant stages in the campaign cycle
  • Undertaking detailed and ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met and future campaigns are optimized
  • Work with sales teams to facilitate sales enablement activities and to roll out campaign information

In order to be the successful Marketing Manager and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:

  • 1 year + experience within a B2B marketing organisation
  • Experience with Online Lead Funnels (generation, nurturing, scoring and conversion);
  • Experience with Email Marketing programs;
  • Experience with Social Networks (Twitter,Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc)
  • Experience of running events/workshops
  • Experience of writing marketing copy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Familiarity with automation tool sets
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
  • Sensitivity to User Experience and Design.
