Job title: Head of National Accounts Business Unit (Pharmaceutical/Animal Health)
Location: Bracknell (remote working allowed)
Salary: Negotiable

To lead the development implementation monitoring the evolution of a National Account Business Strategy - to build sustainable and profitable commercial relationships with national strategic accounts and deliver budgeted net sales and profile

To deliver a 5 year strategic direction for UK and ROI based national accounts
Identify business opportunities and innovative working practices
Develop tactical plans and set annual sales targets
Deliver new sales within agreed costs in order to hit profit targets

Initiate, develop and implement/maintain robust National Account Planning
Lead innovative marketing campaigns to drive sales in national/European accounts through strategic partnerships

Person specification:
In depth knowledge and experience within National Account Management, targeting and commercial strategy experience in a senior line management position
Demonstratable experience to and success in negotiating with leaders CEO/CFO level in and working with internal boundaries
Animal Health Sales or experience is desirable but not essential
Proven and substantial experience in negotiating with senior managers in large corporate organisations
Demonstrable experience to lead, coach and develop a team of national account managers
Ideally a degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
