We are recruiting for a 1st Line Support Analyst (Service Desk, Support, ITIL, O365)who wants to work for one of the coolest and fastest growing property companies in the UK. You, 1st Line Support Analyst (Service Desk, Support, ITIL, O365), will be the face of 1st Line Support and help internal employees with general IT and O365 problems and clients with 1st Line Support issues.

Required - 1st Line Support Analyst (Service Desk, Support, ITIL, O365)

  • Are you a 1st Line Support Analyst with experience working in a vibrant office environment?
  • Are you a 1st Line Support Analyst with a strong understanding of SCRUM or ITIL?
  • Are you a 1st Line Support Analyst with experience in O365?
  • Are you a 1st Line Support Analyst with experience of ticketing systems?
  • Are you a 1st Line Support Analyst with great communications skills?
  • Are you a 1st Line Support Analyst who has experience or an interest in infrastructure support?

The role of 1st Line Support Analyst (Service Desk, Support, ITIL, O365)

The talented 1st Line Support Analyst (Service Desk, Support, ITIL, O365)will be a outgoing and confident person and want to work as part of a collaborative team. You will be part of a small support team but will work closely with a large development and Infrastructure team (40+) and work on a number internal ops, O365, client, mobile and web based application issues.

As a 1st Line Support Analyst (Service Desk, Support, ITIL, O365)you will work with great people, in a fun environment and be praised for being innovative and getting stuff done.
