Technology Trainer - Leeds (Permanent)

Location: Leeds Country: UK Rate: £30k - £35k per annum
 

Technology Trainer required to work within a global team, delivering training across the UK, Europe and Middle East on behalf of our client, a prestigious, global organisation based in Leeds.

You will be responsible for developing, planning and delivering IT training courses across technology. The majority of the training will be delivered virtually, so experience in this area is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

* Deliver structured training courses and workshops

* Identify where additional training may be required

* Conduct Virtual classroom training

* Creating and updating training materials, support guides and training outlines

* Upgrading training materials and course guides to reflect system upgrades and changes

* Working alongside the IT Support and Document Services teams to on any escalated issues requiring training

The ideal candidate:

* Experience working within a professional services environment

* COLF/CDOL qualified

* Strong communication skills

* Ambitious

* Experience working with Moodle
